Below is the Professional Dispositions Personal Evaluation. In this document, I was asked to mark myself as advanced, proficient, developing, basic, or not observed in categories including; professional behaviors, initiative and dependability, tact and judgement, ethical behavior and integrity, collegiality and responsiveness, effective communicator, desire to improve own performance, cultural responsiveness, and commitment to profession. All of these are indicators that I am expected be proficient in by the time I leave student teaching. You will see that the two categories that I felt I had the most room for growth were professional behavior and initiative and dependability. I criticized that my punctuality and my opportunity seeking for further learning were still developing. Across the board, I marked myself pretty high in tact and judgment, ethical behavior and integrity, and cultural responsiveness. A safe learning environment for all students is one of my highest priorities and I felt that that was reflected in my teaching.
